AMAZING PRODUCT

I purchased this to get my kitchen floor clean, and it worked WONDERS! I had caked on food and stuff around the stove and refrig and within mins Everything had come up! I am so impressed with this product. I recommend it to everyone!

Ok we purchased a different

Ok we purchased a different type a long time ago, did not work, took a chance on this one, worked perfectly and even tested it out on the windows that our dogs look through all the time and they leave the slimed mess, cleaned it up in minutes, 19 out of 10 for sure. Buy it you will net be disappointed

upper handle needs to be

upper handle needs to be stiffer.

We appreciate your input and will work on improving the stiffness. the handle does have some flexibility when the mop head is moved up and down, but this doesn't impact its cleaning performance as it offers a gentler experience on hand joints compared to a stiff, rigid handle.

While I really like the

While I really like the product and think it cleans well, like it advertised, I feel like the handle is flimsy and bends too easily. It feels like cheap plastic that will result break if pushed too hard.
